Greg was an amazing tech! He was in and out of the practice and did an extremely thorough job. He went above and beyond to make sure our computers were set up perfectly. Decades ago the team would have to send a human being into the office. Not anymore. For the last 20 years or so when we encounter a problem AXE asks permission to remote into our system and upon being granted access makes the repair remotely. Most issues are resolved in less than 10 minutes. And we are up and running again. We are a small investment bank. But I have recommended AXE to friends and colleagues large and small. I have never written a review on Google before. But late last week we encountered a significant tech issue that prevented emails from being sent/recieved. The AXE team troubleshot the issue, the comms went out and no one had any idea we were ever having an issue. I cannot recommend the AXE team enough. I have known Anthony and his team for over 20 years. They are professional, well versed in all the latest technologies to streamline any office setting, personal or business.
